New Discs (Front and Rear)
Front and rear discs and pads need to be replaced. Anybody have any recommendations as to what to buy? I am totally overwhelmed by the different options!
Any other maintenance I should preform while doing to brakes? Any ideas on how to DIY refresh the calipers?
Thanks!!

I bought a set of Centrics <3 years ago. They warped after about 18 months. I had them machined about 6-8 months ago...warped again. :
Could just be my bad luck. But I too am in the market and interested to see feedback from others.

I've read that for street driving the OEM Textar pads are the way to go. Pair those with some OEM rotors from Pelican like the Serbo or Zimmerman and you are all set.
That's my plan when the time comes to do the next brake job.

+964 on Textar pads and Sebro rotors....
You get lots of dust, but reliable brakes and I have not a problem with squealing in the lats year with both replaced from new.

Sebro rotors are fine for me... I compared them to Porsche OE and they work as well and have similar run out.
Pads I run now are Mintex (ended up trying them because Textar was not available). The Mintex pads are quiet compared to the Textar and Porsche pads.
All combos worked well for me, but Mintex pads don't squeal.
I run Brembo rotors on other Porsches, with Textar and Pagid pads, also with no issues.
Stick with what you know and what others on here say though. Not all pads are equal... but the big name ones and the reputable shops know what is good and what isn't.

My Mercedes was putting out tons of brake dust, got some new Zimmerman pads and now my wheels stay clean for weeks. I wouldn’t put up with a brake pad that puts out a lot of dust
