Am I the only one who isn't fond of light interior?

that is one gorgeous car and IMO you improved the interior tremendously because I really think the grey and beige is very tepid and unappealing...

I can't seem to find the pictures that show the variations in the two cars but my 928 (all original paint) is a bit more green than my C2. The 928 also has a much finer metallic in it. Both nice although I prefer the color and more corse metallic on my C2. We matched the paint in the door jams which we know is original.
Best comparison shots i have not sure if it shows.
^^^ My wife about to attack the AX course
BTW nice interior work.

Lensey,
that looks classy and well executed. Did you dye the linen vinyl bits? I have raspberry gray which is very similar. I really like the plaid you chose. May i ask who did the interior work?

The tartan is from Lochcarron in scotland, it has Alcantara dash, steering wheel, door tops and roof lining with all other bits in Nappa leather, Also has sports seats and I’ve also done away with the old piping and everything is double stitched in light grey all excuted brilliantly by SF Car Trim near Colchester👍

Thank you, it’s not a track car so I wanted a clean sporty look with classic 90’s style 😄.

Thank you all for contributing, and please keep these great interpretations coming. I hope we can all have the capacity to appreciate what others do with their OWN cars to express their personalities. I personally prefer darker to lighter interior colours but I couldn't help but smile in admiration at another member's cool interpretation with diamond pattern inserts, the whole design gave the colour a totally different appeal that I very much liked.. that's what makes the Porsche community a great gathering and keeps the hobby alive.
