Default Horn button install help

89 With one wire coming from hub. Installed the Momo wheel and new Porsche horn button. I’ve checked that the copper contact on steering Column meets contact ring on new hub, plugged single wire into new horn button and seated button correctly. No horn. Checked horn fuse #3 and it’s fine.
Would appreciate any help. Could it be the relay?? Horn was working before removing OEM steering wheel.
TIA!

did you connect the horn hot wire from the clock spring to the L bracket that plugs into the steering column?
