Post some photos when you have them installed. They're great looking wheels.

As far as I know e26, e28, e50, and monoblocs are magnesium. Not sure what other models BBS came in magnesium.

Alright.......... I appreciate all of the opinions and knowledge passed my way. Super helpful. I've settled on the BBS e87's, 17X8 and 17X10. Ordered last Friday, I should have them in about 3 weeks.

I'll have the Cup's refinished and keep them for future use.

Thanks for the help.

One more question for those with 10" rear wheels: Is a 255/40 fine or should I really find a 265/40? I'm planning on Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's but do not see that they're available in 265.

Good choice. I love the 17in e87. Ideally you should be running a 265 tire, but unfortunately tire selection is very limited in 17s. I run a 255 on my 17x10 due to limited tire selection, but I choose a tire that has a square profile so it runs a little wider than most 255 series tires.

I love the new shoes!

Did you happen to get a weight difference going from the Cup 2 to these?

Any noticeable difference in how the car drives?

Nothing noticeable yet other than maybe a 35hp gain........ lol....... I probably haven't gotten 50 miles on them yet. The Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's are certainly an improvement over the Continental's they replaced, that's for sure.
