Default Rear suspension mount - thoughts?

Hi,

I am half way through swapping out my original suspension to B6 & H&R. The rear top mount and insert on both sides are slightly collapsed. Interested in peoples thoughts on whether to replace with stock, or other considerations. Or is this normal and mounts still Ok (although not to my eye). This is an early 964, ROW '89.

I know most will say they would replace all top mounts when replacing the suspension, but if cost is an issue, I would certainly replace the rear, as they appear to have deformed. For the front, if the bearings are OK (not gritty), i would reuse them.
