Default Dash vents always hot

Hi guys, needing help on my 91, lhd, coupe. The center and passenger (rh) side vents are always leaking really hot air. I'm off on Christmas holidays at the moment and was planning some day trips but after 5 minutes driving it gets unbearably hot in the cabin!

Have disconnected rear blower fan which made no difference.

These two things move when my fiancé moves the top and bottom sliders on the ccu.

I have read somewhere about servos, but I can't locate them on vehicle. Not sure what else to look at, any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Hi John, yes I found is website earlier on today (loads of information)and found his diagnosis of the flap servos, but can't find any information about the location of them. Spent my afternoon googling and searching for them!

great thanks for that. Im on the website now but no pictures load. That would be why the part that says "see detail below on where the servos are locaed" confused me haha thank you. I've retired for the night but I'll go out to the shed in the morning and carry on 👍

All fixed for now! I found it was the right hand mixer servo which isn't working. Not sure why as I need a fancy screwdriver to get it out but I found it to be stuck in open position so I just stuck it in the shut position 😆 only until I either buy a new one or try and repair this one! Thanks for the info.

At one time someone was working on a new replacement board for inside the servo. Dont know what ever happened with that. They are Porsche gold if you try to buy a new one.

Ok so I spent the afternoon pulling the rh mixer servo apart, cleaned all contacts and checked spring thing and then attached to a 9v battery and it works fine. However when reinstalled in vehicle it doesn't operate... I'm guessing now things get complicated!
