BTW: All of my knowledge is learned over a long period. I'm back to newbie status with my Boxster. It's all about learning and doing it right. I order consumables in bulk e.g. I have four Boxster filters coming in from Pelican. Just pad out your orders with one or two each time. They never go to waste. Good luck.

Your other option is to grind down a 1/2" 15mm socket to fit.

Yeah for sure, I'll just take it as it comes! And that's a good point with padding out the orders.
Cheers!

Went to look at some seats today, all parts for the oil change are in the mail from design911 plus a few little other bits and pieces that were worn out.. Oh and mrs dingo bought me a cat bypass

Cat bypass really woke my car up. Already had a primary bypass for years, but it all came together when I added the cat bypass. The sound, the throttle response. Also appreciated less heat around the engine and a couple less pounds. It did stink a bit after WOT, but it only bothered my wife...
Which cat bypass? Skinny test pipe design, or larger chamber (like Fabspeed design)? Can’t remember if you’ve already have an exhaust bypass.

Secondary bypass plus test pipe will be loud, in a good way. Just what I remember reading from past threads (narrow test pipe being louder than larger volume hollow bypass). Get ready for some rumble! Looking forward to your impressions.

Loud is Good! I love the roar of the g pipe when I put the foot down! Stay tuned! I really want one of butzi gears gt3 exhausts but I'm years away from that!

Not sure if this will work copying an instagram link. Go to the second picture in my Nephews post and you can hear a little video clip of my car.

That's awesome! Sounds way better than mine. Mine is much more of a deep boom boom boom kind of sound! Can't wait to bolt it on!

I have the cat bypass/G-pipe/Wong chip combo. Does it for me! Makes going through tunnels on the throttle a spine tingler! Your gonna love it.
