car hardness side





sensor side


The connector (sensor side) on engine bay disintegrated, I got new connector, but I do not know which side the cables / color goes.

Please note, that while on car hardness side, the white cable is on one side, on the sensor side it is in the middle.

My guess is that the black wider cable on the car hardness side corresponds with the shield one on the sensor side, but it’s just a guess.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Just for clarification, the correct color codes for each side is:
- Car side black cable corresponds with the shield cable on sensor side.
- Car side brown cable corresponds with the white cable on sensor side.
- Car side white cable corresponds with the black cable on sensor side.

For future reference, if you order Bosch 0261210059, it's plug and play, no need to re-configure. Plus, they are available on Amazon for maybe $50.....
