Default No HVAC in car, stumped by CCU

On a drive home yesterday, the (hot) air stopped blowing entirely in my car. No combination of any settings on the CCU will have any air coming out of the vents.

I immediately checked all fuses:

(Front)
1 - Blower Inside Compartment
17 - Heater Control
28 - Heater Control
(Engine Bay)
11 - Blower Rear

They were all fine. I knew I was having issues with the CCU fan staying on after the car shut off, so I pulled the CCU out, removed took apart the fan and reassembled it, did not help (also continued staying on, unless I removed Fuse 1).

I checked pins K1 & K2 on the back of the CCU, and the voltmeter read 12V.

Per https://www.bergvillfx.com/porschehvac1, none of the troubleshooting items helped with identifying if any of the servos are malfunctioning, as the CCU responds to no inputs.

The only other thing I can note is that the rear blower turns on for about 2 minutes after turning off the car and then shuts off.

Any advice what to check next? I spent a few hours already online searching for restults, but it seems very few people have had the entire HVAC system stop operating, more a combination of left/right/hot/cold. It's quite cold outside and I have to drive the car.... thanks in advance.
