Default gt3 crank for 964?


top: gt3 bottom: 964
Hello, looking to use a gt3 crank for my rebuild and was told Porsche doesn't have any in stock. Anybody know a good place to get one and/or have experience with this swap? I think the part number I need is 996.102.021.96 (or 95), can anyone confirm?

Have you talked to any of the big engine builder suppliers, like Rennsport or EBS Racing?

I got mine from Porsche directly at a good price.

I’m still working on some of the additional parts needed.

Can an anyone recommend what main bearings to buy as well as what gear will fit towards the 964 intermediate shaft?

From the photo I am guessing they are the same but the GT3 crank is lighter?
