Carpets...
Hi all.
Question, when your carpets have gone past their sell by date, what do you do?
I'm in limbo (but have been christened before you ask) Now mine are light grey, but the dash and door cappings are classic grey.
Do I keep the light grey carpet colour and replace that which requires replacing? Or do I replace the carpets with the darker more sin hiding classic grey?
Seats are light grey and have just been trimmed/connolised.
Then where should I get the carpets, Cost is an issue btw..............
TIA
Kevin

Kevin,
Been there...
I chose to keep (i.e. replace) my linen carepts and don't exactly regret it, but wish I'd gone for something darker.
Rob(mug)'s car looks great (for a tip/cab, of course ) with black carpets against the white trim.

Kevin,
are you referring to the actual (i.e. glued on) carpets or the overmats? if it's just the overmat on the driver's side (where the heels 'rest'), you could always have some sort of pad stuck over the problem area. I would definitely recommend Type911 in the UK for OE, or Southbound trimmers.

Hi Emilios,
Its the glued on carpets especially around the RHS footwell that has seen better days.
Southbound always frighten me with their costs and time.....
Type 911 wanted £440 + another £165 or so for the over mats, + another some odd for the glue...
toooomuch
