I am going into the engine to replace rings, etc. and have heads reworked. The company reworking heads has suggested going to a 53 mm intake valve (part of package rebuild) - with a stock 964 cam can you run this size valve with stock pistons. 993 valves are a tad less than 52mm - so I don't see issue with 1 mm more but, you never know. Wondering if anyone has done this before, (issues??) or installed 993 valves with stock configuration pistons- clearance??
