Is anyone running the LED lights from Flat6?

Bought mine from Flat6 yesterday and should have them in 5-8 days. I went for the LED version since it is a simple rip and replace job rather than the bi-xenon lights that need additional hardware.

I wanted to go the LED route and thought about it a bit but really wanted the lower kelvin rating I could choose with the XENON.

Not looking forward to the install though.

Default H5 with primer rings

Anyone doing this upgrade with Flat6 that has H5 and getting the primer rings to be painted? I am interested in seeing this finished product. Wondering if it looks stock, which is what I want. Thanks.

Is it just adding the relays in order for it to work? What else is involved? Also went with the xenon so either way it will happen. I was under the impression that relay kit was a necessity either way.

I may be wrong, but I'm under the impression that everything required for install is included.

Wish labor was included......

Here are two pages from their product guide.

Oh interesting- thanks for posting that.

More than anything I just want it to look clean. Hopefully I can make that happen when I do the install. I had the feeling that the bi-xenon was the better option over LED, which is why I went with it.

I thought about getting the LED lights for mine, but decided it looks a little off in my opinion. I ended up getting a set of H4 lights off of ebay for 750 with the primered trim rings. This was about a year ago.

Yeah- that was the thing though, for 100 dollars more I could get better light output and since I drive my 911 almost daily I thought it was a good investment!
