Possible North Jersey area dyno day.
I recently met a very nice young man who opened his own shop local to me. He is an engineer by trade but decided he and his classmate wanted to do something a bit less mundane and is into Porsche's. He has a 981 S he has been able to tune to 380BHP with minimal mods. GT4 territory.
He equipped his shop with a new hunter alignment machine and an AWD mustang dyno. I am working on seeing if he is interested in hosting a dyno day for air cooled cars preferably 964 and 993's. If I can arrange a day sometime in September to have him open his shop for a day of dyno testing cars is there anyone interested? I don't have confirmation or a price right now I am just putting out a feeler.
I also need to discuss with him how many cars we would be limited to. I am assuming 6 or 7 but he needs to set that as well.
Let me know if anyone has interest if the weather holds out we can swing back to my place for some food, drink and possibly a swim afterwards while we discuss HP and other Porsche related stuff..

Working on the details. He said he can do a max of 20 cars in one day. I think it is ambitious and will probably limit it to 15. He is talking $65 for three pulls which is reasonable.
Now the next thing is to find a date that works. I have a lot of PCA events I am running so possibly late September around the 23rd?

looks like we are staying with the 23rd. I will run a list of names but so far we have 10 definite's and a bunch of maybe's.
