I haven't locked in a price yet. It depend on some factors. Billet wheels, hybrids,water jacketed, Etc...
My Plan is every thing with fully bolt up. water jacket too. I will supply the oil feed line, probably with an inline filter. I'm thinking in the range of $900-$1200. I want to do a full write out also. Power levels, spool characteristics, etc. Again this is still in the testing stage.
We Still offer many full rebuild services and upgrades to the stock turbos. We can CNC the K26 turbine hsg's for other mods as well. All done in house. We are much more then a standard rebuild shop. We do full fuel injector service and matching, VSR balancing, CNC machine work. It helps keep the price down when nothing is farmed out.

After several hours of test-fitting this afternoon, I feel comfortable saying this seems like more-or-less a drop-in installation. I had to do a fair bit of fighting to get things to fit, but I suspect I'd have had nearly as much trouble putting in the stock turbo. The only modification I made was to grind a bit of material from the front of the mount, to create some clearance to the back side of the compressor housing. I'm not absolutely sure this was necessary, though.
My apologies for the filthy engine bay - I have some leaks to fix and cleaning to do. This was a test-fit, and everything has been removed again.
The standard stock-to-aftermarket comparison shot.
All exhaust plumbing connected. I had to use bolts on the downpipe, as my stock studs are broken and the turbo didn't come new new studs. I also need to figure something out for the oil feed - either through Tim or perhaps the Lindsey feed line.
Throttle body clears. Water lines connect just fine. Also, no alternator currently installed - I'm switching to the Nissan Quest unit. For testing purposes, I should probably slap the stock one into place and make sure it clears.
Even the vacuum nipple under the throttle clears. I'll double-check that bolt - I didn't actually notice the potential clearance issue until I looked at the picture on a large screen.
I'll probably adjust the clocking on the compressor a little, but it all bolts up. Again, my apologies for the thick coating of oily grime.
So, there we go. Seems pretty bolt-in to me.

Oh man... if it ends up being $1000 or so, I'm in. Any idea on timeframe?
I'm teetering between sending out my KKK for a compressor wheel, a little machine work, and a rebuild but would be 3/4 of the way to the price of the HX35.

Yes, the HX35 or 40 turbos will be available in water cooled or just oil cooled.

Ok, We have one test fit that was a good success. Now I have one more for the same price $850. Its and Hx40 billet wheel, full water jacket, K26 stile turbine fit. Please contact me for the option to test fit/buy this turbo. I would suggest this for a higher HP engine 450whp+ Its a 64mm turbine wheel and billet 60mm compressor. Compressor wheel flows 65lbs/min.

Would there be a good combination with these Holset turbos that would work for a 3.0 16v engine with 9:1 compression? I have a t3 flange (I think) on my crossover and a Lindsey 3" downpipe with the standard 4 bolt pattern. I'm looking for a quick spool with good mid range and not a dyno queen.

The HX40 would be a good match, using a 0.63 a/r hotside. There's also a BEP housing that's something like 0.55 a/r if memory serves and it's good for 550-600hp.

You can run the T3 in a few different setup. I have the HX40 in 8, 10, 12 and 14cm with a t3. I would say run a 12cm to start out with. The 3.0 breaths pretty well. It really depends on what you are trying to do with the car. Autocross, fun street, track? What RPM are you running it at and hp are you shooting for?

The BEP may be a little tight on that setup. I run them on the 4G63 engines and they can run into back pressure. If not setup properly.

Also there are about 3 popular different hx40 turbine wheels to control back pressure and spool. The 64mm comes in 10 bland or 12 blade. You can also run a 67mm turbine.
