i dont plan on getting the tires off. Im just gona completely deflate it and take the centers off. With the tires on will i be able to see if the seal is intact?

You will not be able to gain full access to inspect the center seal on a three piece wheel with the tire still mounted, if you do remove the center you do have a change of breaking that seal since you are releasing pressure to that seal. Sometimes they stay intact while other times it is enough to break the seal, I've seen it happen both ways so it's sort of a gamble.
