It is a shame there isn't. There was a thread on 924.org with a few of them looking for something that's a close fit. Biggest issue was the bolts/studs not in the same/similar spots.
If there was a 16v head that has a bore pitch of 95mm and head bolts/studs in remotely the same place. I would consider it. Running external water and oil lines to the head from the block just adds to the fun of "custom"

924T head can flow pretty well. This 2L NA engine qualified for a land speed record at Bonneville a few weeks ago in a 924 chassis. Boosted, all the better.

I haven't decided if im going to dry sump the motor just yet.
It really goes to the point in how much work is needed to get the 924 head to flow better?

Everything can be done but completely stock 924 NA engine has bee proven to hold 350+rwhp reliably on the street (with E85), at ~400whp connecting rod let go (most likely due to 7200 redline after chaning cam).
My turbocharged 924 NA engine back from 2007 still works on another car (at ~300 hp).
My suggestion would be just to overhaul the engine to stock and boost it as is, you can get 300hp easy and get to know the car. Later just add some boost. I would stick to as least amount of custom engine parts as possible when it comes to race car, you never know when you need to source a part quickly. Manifolds, intercoolers etc are no issue, but crankshafts, pistons, custom modified heads etc are a problem if you need a part in few days for example.

But yes, Raceboy and his mate Pieter (Dutchpug) have really pushed these motors on a stock base with added boost.

Here's my 931 track-day car engine. 931 head flows better but you should buy a spare in case you happen to need one. 931 heads in good shape are rare unless you live in USA and it may take a while to find it and then refresh it.
