Default FS > 2 transaxles (1 AOR, 1 S2 w/Guard LSD)

I have two nice transaxles for sale.

These are from my race car. They have been opened up on a regular basis (pretty much every other race weekend) and inspected and/or serviced as necessary.

The first is an AOR Turbo S transaxle. It's stock. Shifts perfectly. Plumbed for aftermarket oil cooler.

$1500 + actual shipping costs

The S2/Guard trans is sold.

The Turbo S AOR is still available.

I will put on a pallet and deliver to YRC shipper in Sun Valley CA.

We just whack to top piece off. It's useless and takes up room. It's a Vision Motorsports thing.

It started with ORCA.

No matter, once installed, you can't see it.

It contributes zero structurally and is a remnant of it being bolted directly to an Audi engine.

But I have extra housings unmodified if anybody wants them free.

A small piece off the top of the bell housing.

We cut those off to lower what ever sits on top. Typically a fuel cell which straddles the transaxle.

Vision Motorsports does this with all of their 944/968 race cars since the mid 80's. Started with ORCA.

It's a non-structural extraneous piece left over from when the transaxle was used in the cars that they came from... which was the Audi 5000.

That said, it's a waste of time. It does nothing and it's on the top of the transaxle.

And it can't be seen once installed in the car.

But like I said, I have several here unmodified if anybody wants them which I can include for free.

I haven't shipped in a while, but shipping can range from $150-$350 depending on how far.

What's your zip code?

78666, I'd pick it up at the local terminal. I'd just have to fab a mounting bracket for the lines/oil cooler? AN12?

Looks to be approx $150 but I guessed at a couple of numbers. But should be close.

The lines are -8.

You need to plumb up a cooler and either use an electric pump (which I recommend because you can wire in a thermostat to control the pump) or you can use the factory gear pump.
