Default Interest in 16V Turbo exhaust valves?

I am searching for better valve option for those of us who will use 16V heads and have contacted few companies for custom Inconel stellite reinforced valves, but most of them quoted me some obscene prices.

The best option so far is SSV valves from India, but they have minimum order limit set to 100 pcs.

Im not investing $4k in 100 valves, but if there are 11 interested parties, we could do this.

If anybody is interested or if you know for better option where only 8 valves can be bought, please let me know.

I'm posting the mail I recieved today:

I could buy 10 valves that way you will only need to find 8 other people.

Why not use a valve already proven to work by someone like Duke or Turbotim ?

Duke didn't reply ? I think JET951 may still be using standard exhaust valves, ask him ?

Duke did, he doesn't sell them however. Ive contacted Ferrea four times and got no reply.

I don't want to use standard exhaust valves since I plan to exercise top speed for more than few seconds at a time.

You may have to approach one of their dealers. Some companies won't deal direct with the public.

If you think you might melt standard valves at full-boost for more than a few seconds at a time, that sounds like your turbo/exhaust setup needs work, no?

All porsche stock turbo valves are sodium filled. Probably very good reason behind it, regardless of turbo/exhaust setup.

One thing I want this car to do is blast across germany full speed for as long as possible and better valves are good investment imo. I don't like 100pcs only deal though.

Ive contacted more italian and us manufacturers, maybe somebody will offer a better deal. Id also prefer sodium ones if availabe.

I guess it depends on what kind of top speed you're looking for...
Your 968-base engine shouldn't even need boost to do 150

Hi Voith, have a look at '928 motorsports' , they have stainless steel valves which could work .
