Again I have an engine that has had just about everything done to it that you can do. I still would not run pump gas over 16 psi. When you start getting that type of boost you had better be tweaking the timing. If you are tweaking the timing then you need to worry about pre detonation.

I would get a safeguard.

I am, I am running a Motec. I still wouldn't run more than 16 psi on pumps gas. Most people who run this type of boost are never in it very long, especially with a street car only. I run mine on boost 70% of the time it is on track.

Harder for a track car as they run sustained time on boost compared to streeter, but on 93oct I wouldn't be running 24psi either. You'd have to wind ign down a lot and on that 7 or 7.5 to 1 c/r that will make it doughy-er.

Im in boost on the street a whole lot more than most people

20 miles or more doing 150 plus every weekend. Only benefit to working in Nashville.
Tranny fluid finally gave out. Should have changed it more often.

Even if trashing a car all the time on the street, there is no way you can be on full load as much of the the percentage as on track. Unless you are on the autobahn with low traffic.

The title of the video was in crank horsepower not week video was posted up by the shop that did my car anyways I am still awaiting a dyno sheet .. The printer was broken when they went there and now the guy is in Canada so he's out of town😑 anyways I scheduled a transport company the whole my car from Florida all the way to New York this week. I asked him about the download power he said it has plenty of down low-power due to it being a 3 L but I guess we will see when I drive it, on my 2.5 it was a dog down low with the monster turbo I had on it but wants a driver I'll let you know how she does

How does that work? You ordered one engine with everything to go?

Compression ratio is like fuel tank, the lower the CR the more boost will safely fit inside.

And no I'm not going to run 24psi all day long if some one rolls up to me that I might need it sure why not lol ... I use to run 18 all day on a. Stock motor with just bolt ons .... Surprisingly she was solid .. Now I plan on 20psi all day long and will be doing a snow performance meth kit

Hopefully all is as said. These builds can take a long time and the financial is never a joke.
Still wondering did you have to cut any metal to fit that intercooler?
