Default help with another no start!

So all of a sudden the car wont start and got me late to work yesterday.
Cranks but no tach bounce so I though speed reference (which were both replaced 7k miles ago with the clutch and put the lindsey harness in as well its all essentially brand new)

Wiggle trick made no difference.. Have a spare dme relay switched it out still no difference (the spare relay was used so could be a dud?)
its a downpour in Louisiana right now so cant go out to do more tests.

Also i cant seem to hear the fuel pump spin up when i turn the key to on position not sure if this may be associated or not. Car was driving no problems up until yesterday morning no start.

Bypass the DME relay with a 3-wire hotwiring to see if it starts. If it starts, then you have a bum relay.

Update. Got some neighbor's to help me push it under the car port.
Went back to the fuse panel to jump the dme relay and found it almost full of water from the rain and a cracked panel.
I hadn't noticed it before as I was trying to work quickly in the down pour.

I'm going to pray that nothing is totally fried run a fan on it for 24 hours try a. Dry it all out.
I disconnected the battery to try and stop any other electrical issues..

What's worst I'm looking at if the fuse panel turns out to be totally fried.

And what's the best reccomend action to seal up the panel box?

Use some epoxy to fix the crack in the fuse panel lower half, if that doesn't work, you can replace the fuse panel under the hood for ~100, plus your labor to remove and reinstall a new-to-you fusebox

Dried it out. Car started starting.
Now I have to do the wiggle trick on the reference sensors every time though.. I pulled them out contact cleaned and reinstalled.
Same thing. Had a buddy wiggle while running, and it wouldn't kill the car, just needs to be wiggle to start up?

I'm very relieved the car runs after the water situation, but new speed refernce sensors? That's a 160 bucks I spent under 10k miles ago :/
