Forged Simmons 18x10; 18x8.5 3 piece wheels REFINISHED
Guys,
Hope everyone is doing well this weekend.
I am selling off several things including these wheels. I obtained them when I purchased my 951 Turbo (which is also currently for sale). The wheels were in weathered condition and I immediately took them to Alloy Wheel Repair and had them go through and check the straightness and true-ness of each and every wheel. One of the wheels had a slight bend in it and it came out 110%. After this - the wheels were disassembled and the centers as well as inner barrels were sent off for powder coating. The lips were sent off for polishing. The bolts and nuts were sent off for coating.
At this point - I am over $1.5K into refinishing these wheels and purchasing tires. The last thing that needs to occur is the re-assembly of the wheels. I can even provide the silicone which I purchased particularly to reseal these things. I need to move them, clear out garage space, and fulfill my bank account as I am likely purchasing new property and, the only project I am retaining is my 1979 SC (which is currently going through an extensive engine rebuild).
The wheels come with Simmons center caps (not pictured) that are in good condition. The wheels additionally come with the following tires (also not pictured):
1. Nankang NS-20 Noble Sport - 235/40/18 for the front
2. Nankang NS-20 Noble Sport - 275/35/18 for the rear
--- also included are valve stems.
You would simply need to:
1. Peel off some of the old silicone that remains on the lip side of the wheel (the barrels were completely sand-blasted and powder coated)
2. Re-assemble and seal the wheels.
3. Install the tires.
I am even providing the $125.00 socket that I had to purchase directly from Simmons in Australia to disassemble these things.
I am looking to get $2,600.00 shipped OBO. These are truly one of a kind.
Here is what they used to look like:

These wheels have cult status in their country of origin. You'd have no trouble selling them down here. Minor issue is that they're Porsche fitament only which makes it a bit more difficult. I had these wheels with same silver colouring on my old Slate Grey metallic 951. Looked great and they're well made.

Want to get them out. Make reasonable offers... looking to clear space.
Thanks

If it wasn't for shipping costs you could sell them to someone down here.
I've got pics of them on my old car if anyone wants them.
