Definitely start a thread if you are going to build such a thing. We've seen people come and go on these boards threatening amazing builds but they seldom eventuate. Doing what you're saying will take a lot of time and money so it will be interesting to see the results. Of course you'll be switching all your suspension to Corvette components too?

Yes we have, even here on Rennlist. We did around 10 years ago first 6-pot caliper installations with GT3/turbo rear brakes (with working handbrake). Use search, lots of info. Those 6-pots will fit under 18" wheels (at least Porsche original ones)
Adapter kits can be found from 9Products (front & rear)
Do you have more pictures available of that light blue 951? Looks like a Diamond Blue to me, which is similar color to my son's project 951.
Here's link to my friends build up. You can see brakes under his 951 (r.i.p)

I think the calipers are larger the the GT3's.

You could still potentially use them but they may be overkill. Fitting a 380mm rotor is possible but it depends on the profile of the wheel barrel. Again, in 99.9% cases this would be overkill.
Somewhat confused about your project and intended use. You say you're going to change the drivetrain to that of a Corvette. I've only seen one guy do this on a full custom racecar and that incorporated the Corvette suspension. Steve Rea I think his name was. Apparently had issues setting this car up and eventually sold it. iirc this was somewhat tube framed and ran in some unlimited class. Not sure what you mean by racing with your intended use? I would think you can sell those Cayenne calipers and put the money towards some Big Reds which will fit the front hubs. As you can see there are other options to go with more recent 6 piston setups but don't necessarily just go for the biggest brakes you can fit for the sake of it. Unsprung weight has a big effect on cars and there's no need to go too big if you don't have to.
You're best off doing a thread about what you want to build the car for and then you'll get some worthy advice.
