That's surprising; usually the turbine inlet pressure will go up at least a little bit with increasing RPM.
Just depends if the hotside is sized large enough to stay above the flow of the engine (as a whole including turbo, cam, etc) in function of its speed.
Gruhsy's hotside is probably large enough so that back pressure won't increase before an engine speed that is out of reach (say 8k rpm or more).
