WTB 3rd gear and other transmission parts
My transmission is in for a rebuild and they phoned me to tell me that I need a few more parts.
3rd gear (25 tooth) from turbo or S2.
3-4 synchro slider (hub)
1-2 shift fork
I'd rather put in new parts, but I can't find any in north america. The dealer can get them to me, but at a steep price and they can't source the 1-2 shift fork. What are the odds that used parts would be ok? I don't want to get laughed out of the shop by bringing in junk

I can provide these as good used parts, or as new parts (except for the 1/2 shift fork, would have to order it). Assume you want the floating 3rd gear on the input shaft, not the fixed 3rd gear on the pinion shaft. PM me.

I blew my tranny too. It was third gear as well. I sent a bunch of gears left over after the build from two tranny's to Lart. Louis, I never heard if you ever received the delivery. Did you ever get the stuff?

I Have all of the above. However, the 3rd gear I would say is in fair condition. The rest are fine. Do you need just the fork without the shaft and dowel pins? Do you need all of the pieces to the synchro hub? or can you reuse the springs and the three detent pieces?

Thanks for the offers to help guys. Kevin Gross was able to find these parts in really good condition. Hopefully this is all the transmission needs to come back to life.
