I guess danno (www.gururacing.net) is selling a pimp wastegate and linsey racing also has a dual port waste gate.

The lindsey one is great if you want a dual port wastegate. Otherwise go for the Guru racing wastegate at

If you have the money, then you can't beat a Tial 46mm.

Why do they cost so much? Is there a less expensive and good alternative?

Is the GURU WG single or dual port? I haven't been able to get a hold of Danno in the past week.

For $368 bucks we have a dual-port 38mm Tial wastegate package that is hard to beat for the price. This is a brand new part and you keep your exisiting wastegate. There are many peopleon here who have these wastegates and love them.

For $190, you get a rebuilt stock wastegate. Stock is actually 38mm, I believe Danno told me that was the size.

$50 dollar core or can send yours to him and he will send back.

He also has a dual port model that is selling for $250.

I have the rebuilt one. Sent him mine and got it back that week. My stock wastegate was shimmed and still opening at 4 psi and only holding 10-12 psi. Now makes 15 psi fast and holds till redline no problem.

So, what's the deal with single and dual ports? Is one supposed to be better than the other? Why?

Just wondering...
