The dual port allows for better control over the waste gate by varying the pressure above and below the diaphragm.

SFR/Tim's Tial unit is beautiful, I'm running it on my car and love it. The adaptors are great, and it bolts right up (once you figure out what you're doing...instructions could be a bit better for preparation, but once you're under there it's pretty much cut and dry)
