I'm trying to make sure I have all of the correct info.

Tial SS HTA G35 .82

Garrett G3582 CHRA DBB center with a Tial HTA wheel?
.82 Tial SS turbine housing with T4 inlet and v-band outlet?
Any other specs I am missing?

I don't know if an EFR would fit on a 951, but they are putting out some miraculous curves.

2.2L Audi AAN I5 with an EFR 6758. Virtually the same spool as a K24, but with double the HP potential

Same 2.2L engines with a EFR 7163 against a billet K26

2.5L Audi TTRS I5 with EFR 7163 on 91oct

Worth checking out this very good build showing an EFR turbo installation on one of our cars.

That's about exactly right.

Thanks AZBANKS for capturing the details. Had me wondering as well.

Looks like a nice setup - seems to be a perfect match for the 3L motors and with maintenance in mind.

George D - if there is any other information that you could share, it would be greatly appreciated. Sounds like this is a very promising setup.

Do you happen to remember wheel trim on the HTA wheel?

EDIT: Found what I need on Google

on a 2.5L a gt3582r is just to big.
I think its more about the head flow, LOTS of F20C guys use the GT3582R and bigger and have amazing results.

Hope to be able to prove or disprove this same fact fairly soon. High flowing 8v 2.5L with GTX3582. Feel that 9:1 c/r might help though.

yes and no.

my friend has a k20 with a gt3076 ,63 and gets full boost at 4k or just over. but he can rev till 11k so that doesn't bother him. and gear ratios are shorter. so he still has a decent powerband.

George has some personal connections to Tial so he may have a different setup than what most of us can get.

You can't get much different than a Garrett compressor housing (gt/x 35) HTA35 compressor wheel, Garrett DBB CHAR. GT35 turbine wheel, and a TiAL SS turbine housing.

is t3/t4 vband just a circular vband input that has the same surface area as the rectangular t4? How did you fit the turbo? i.e. downpipe, crossover pipe, and turbo mount? I'm looking at different turbo options. for my build.
