Default Fuel tank strainer torque

Have searched, but couldn't find anything conclusive. Does anyone know the actual torque on this?

Thanks, Happy New Year!

I put it at 11lbs, with the rubber washer it felt snug but not too tight over compressing the washer. If anyone can still chime in on this would appreciate it.
