Default LED Cordless Work/Trouble Light Recommendation?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good LED cordless work light?

I bought a $30ish dollar one from Harbor Freight which worked fairly well but wasn't very rugged and ended up broken. Could have been brighter too.

Let me know what you like please!

I ordered these from Amazon a few weeks ago to replace an old Craftsman LED work light. LED tech has come a long way over the last few years.

This one is great for at home as its not supposed to be used while charging. Battery life is around 3.5-4 hours. Extremely bright. If you inadvertently look into the light you will see spots for a few minutes! Magnetic base makes it very helpful. I really like this light and is my goto now. Only downside is the ~4 hour charge time.

I also bought two of these for the glove box of my E39 and 951 to supplement a 3 d-cell LED Maglight. Very bright, magnetic base and uses AA batteries. Also has a second mode where it can be used as a flashlight. Very happy with it .

The Snap-On Costco light is hard to beat for $30. I also have a stream light and like that as well but more expensive.

If you have any Milwaukee M12 tools, I've heard great things about the LED stick light:

I bought mine for 19.99 at costco. They have gone up The magnet is nice too. Using it on the new project 951 and works great.

Thanks all, I'm leaning towards the Streamlight but might do the Costco light as well, you can never have enough light!

These things arent cordless but are fantastic for the price. Finally dont have to worry about getting too close and burning yourself.

For cordless work light, I have one of these

http://www.westernsportsman.com/2012...-hybrid-light/

Its older, not sure if its made anymore but it has been fantastic for me. Dropped it tons of times, gotten oil on it, gotten it wet outside, lots of abuse and it always works.

Just a quick note to say thanks to everyone who contributed on this thread, I ended up buying both the Streamlight Knucklehead and the Coscto light and both of them rock. Just don't look into the Costco light, you'll be seeing the individual LEDs every time you blink for 20 minutes after, lol.

Let there be light!

Good job! The Snap-On light is really bright. I wish you could dim it someway.

I'd be all over that Snap-On for $30 if I could find one at a Costco somewhere. I did find something similar to the Streamlight at Walmart for $15 and it's cordless/rechargeable. We'll see how long it lasts...
