anyone know where i could find the seal and dust cover for the front caliber
i plan on useing the same piston...

Costs more to rebuild the 4 piston brembos than its worth in my opinion. You'll need 2 each (per caliper) 36mm and 40mm seal kits for the front and 2 each per rear caliper 30mm and 28mm kits for a total of 16 "seal kits" for each of the 16 pistons on the car's brakes. Be sitting down when you figure out how much its going to cost you, they're expensive since each kit comes with a new (usually unneeded) piston. They are all available from 944online.com. Don't be surprised if the parts are in the neighborhood of 700 bucks.

I don't know, it's never been dynoed so all I have to go off are datalogs of air mass flow and some derivations based on AFR, engine speed, and fuel mass data. I'd estimate 375 rwhp. It's pretty quick for a stock internals 2.5 liter car with a smallish turbo, but the bottom end is about all that is stock on my car...

I bought all the parts for about $400 from Paragon. Well worth it in my opinion. That price was for the seals and dust boots, without pistons - all my pistons turned out to be in perfect condition, which I would bet is fairly typical.

Be aware that there are 2 types of caliper used on the '89 Turbo. The early type, used on '88 Turbo S and early '89s used a scraper ring instead of dust boot. These scraper rings seem to be hard to get but most people say they are usually fine to re-use. The later '89 calipers use a rubber dust boot which you really need to replace, but they are readily available from Paragon and other sources (my price above included these).

If your pistons are ok you will have a like new set of calipers for just over $400 and a few hours work...bargain!

I was going to use these to rebuild mine but bought a rebuilt caliper set.

I bought parts from http://www.zeckhausen.com/ when I rebuilt mine.
Also saw a thread on the Racing / DE forum from LC Motorsports that they supply Brembo brake parts and of course as previously mentioned you can't go wrong with Paragon Products.
