Silly question - I'm putting everything back together after doing AOS seals, vacuum, and water hose refresh. I have a new plastic spacer and o-ring for the dipstick tube. Does the o-ring go under the spacer (holding the spacer in place on the tube), or around the spacer? Could not find an image to verify. Thanks!

Note this is 89 951, so later style dipstick.
