Andre,
Sorry to hear of your loss. It's very difficult to lose a parent. I lost my dad thirty-three years ago this month to heart disease, and I still miss him.
My thoughts go out to you and your family.

Sorry for your loss brother. I lost my older brother to cancer a few years ago. He was a few years my senior, he was my best friend and like a father figure to me. His last 4 months were terrible. He went from a strapping 30yr old to literaly a skeleton. The chemo killed him, but the cancer would have got him in the end anyway even if the chemo did'nt. THey say time heals..........5 years later I'm still waiting................

Andre,
I am so sorry to learn what has befallen on you. My heart and prayers are for you and your family. I lost my mom and my dad as well. We must take strength in God in that He knows what He is doing, although in times like this we don't understand. We will be together soon. May God eternally bless. ed

Having just lost my mom in April, I know what you are going through. I (literally) feel your pain. If you ever need someone to talk through who understands what you're going through, I'll be happy to help.

Andre,
Your story made my eyes well up as I still miss my mother severely. Cancer, Three years ago. We did the ice cubes as well towards the end. The ice cubes... Now the tears are running. I just want to say I understand as I see so many of us here do. Take care, dive into your family for their love and support. Try to celebrate his life instead of dwelling on his loss. It helped me. You take care of yourself and Gob Bless.

Andre,
Sorry to hear of your loss. One day when you have better come to terms with this and are in a position to do so, give a little something to the Cancer Society, or Cancer unit at a hospital, in the memory of your dad.
You will help someone just like yourself have their dad with them a little longer, and your dad will love you for it.
I was going to get a test pipe next month, I think I'll give the money to the Diabetes Foundation, for my mother has a type of diabetes. It will make me feel better and maybe I can make a difference. My car hasn't had a test pipe for 17 years, another month or two won't matter.
Take care,
David

Dear Andre,
I am very sorry for your loss and for your very difficult experience. I lost my dad when I was 16. The pain feels like it will never pass but it will and when it does you will have a warm feeling in your heart when you remember all the wonderful times. You and your family are in my prayers.
