Default Ball joint repair kit

Hi guys,
due to an hard bump coming from the front suspension probably i'll have to replace the front arms ball joints.
I saw that there are two different kits, one with bronze bushing and one with plastic bushing: the second one is cheaper but is it good anyway or not?

I thought the plastic ones were discontinued due to rapid failure. You definitely want the bronze ones.

Like the others have said, get the bronze ones. I have a kit for sale if you're interested.

First check if your centrol arms are rebuildable, recently one of my balljoints snaped, because i had the front too low and didnt have geometry connecting pins, i bought a rebuild kit, and then i found out that my control arm balljoints were not rebuildable, i had somekind of aftermarket controll arms with compressed joints, had to buy two new control arms, btw my car is 89 turbo...

Carl, I might be wrong but if your '89 control arms are the same as my '90 then it's rebuildable. Rennbay and I think Paragon (probably other vendors as well) sell the rebuild kit.
