Has anyone from UK/Europe bought a set from the US recently or know of a European supplier ?

Wossneronline.com is owned by Racer's Edge, and ships internationally.

Thanks but for Alusil I'm really only considering Mahle or Wossner.

Chris White or John at Vitesse Racing can get them for you.

I believe Wossner send a drawing for approval before they make pistons, I'd be interested in seeing a drawing for a 3.0 8v 8:1 piston for use with a S2 crank if anyone has one ?

Someone kindly let me have a copy of the Wossner drawing for their Alusil 3.0 16v turbo pistons, but I'd still like to see a drawing of the same in 8v form if anyone has one ?

I would contact Racer's Edge directly for drawings, they seem very helpful and they most likely would have what you need. It takes just an e-mail to find out.

I have contacted Racers Edge and they are helpful, but AFAIK they can't supply Wossner to Europe now .

Why don't you look at another brand?

I wanted pistons for Alusil cylinders and Wossner seemed the most available option, if I go for iron liners JE's are possible. I'm not getting much interest from the two main machine shops here for Alusil refinishing.

Not sure if I read here or somewhere else that Ferroprint is less durable than the previous Ferrostan coating, and that Mahle are going to improve it ?

Hmm, don't know. Maybe contact them and ask. Not being flippant. We're going to use Mahle in our next motor but this is with liners. I'll ask the builder if he knows about running them in Alusil of late.
