Default Power Steering Help

I'm trying to use an electric power steering pump on my 86 951, however it's been so long since I've removed the old lines that I don't remember which port on the rack is the high pressure / supply side vs the low pressure / return side. Anyone know?

From looking at the exploded parts diagram, it appears the lower port is high pressure.

I was thinking the same thing, but was hoping someone could confirm from experience and/or looking at their current setup. Not sure what would happen if it's hooked up backwards...

It is the lower. The upper has an odd 180 degree bend on it that turns into a hard line and runs along the back/top of the cross-member. That line goes over to the cooler and reservoir area, ie, the feed area. I just ordered fasteners and such for that a few weeks ago.
