I'd be taking a lot of advice here in investing in proper suspension. bilstein escort cups or something.

If i where in your shoes with your car assuming you're on a budget... I'd get the M-tune. a tial 38mm, probably leave the 2.5" exhaust, or get a super quiet 3" but working budget here so 2.5 stock works good with no cat.
Run around 15-16 psi of boost.

Which is what i use to have as a set up. minus the M-tune. Had huntley racing chips and a AFMLink interceptor that replaced the AFM with a map sensor.

That was a super fun car to drive. full boost at 2600 rpm in 3rd. probably didn't have more than 280 rwhp. but it had so much torque that i broke traction every time i touch boost.

The quiet exhaust was for that suprise of power for such a quiet car.

Im sending my old turbo for rebuild to evergreen in coming weeks, just going from stage 5 compressor to stage 3, stage 5 has way too much lag for street driven car ..

I already have an a-tune but planing on geting the m-tune too,
Already have 72lb injectors, LR dual port wastegate. Im sticking with billy boat exhaust system i love how it sounds.
I was just thinking when is it recomended to go from 2.5inch downpipe to 3inch.
With all the setup i will still be runing 18psi not more just to keep turbochargers lifespan bit longer

Im like **** stance, aint nobody got time fo dat
I had some thinking time while changing accesories and powersteering belts, and checking out undercarage.
This car has too much put into it to make it a track car, wont be ruining some one elses effort..
Maybe next car, but not this one

to much of what to put into it? don't understand.

you dont need a "track car" but a well set up car is better to drive than something that is just a slap together.

What do you mean it has too much put into it. Have you seen some of the builds here? some ppl on here have put what ppl make in a year or more. So that doesn't make sense. If your car was "too nice" then you wouldn't have done what you did to your car. The more work you put on your car the more you would track it, as its prepped to handle it; unless its a concourse car or a ultra race car............

I dont think that putting a smaller compressor on your turbo is going to make it a lot less laggy...

Id see what can be done about the turbine and the hotside...

The hotside is what you really need to focus on in terms of lag.

that's the turbine wheel. stage 3,5 & P-trim

You want to go to a #8 size housing. It's either a #8 or #10

But you will gain spool changing to a stage 3 wheel.

you might have to get a new hotside.... depend how the "stage 5" fitted in the hotside.

Not for nothing, but turbine wheels are about $200. If the turbo builder machined the hotside for a bigger turbine, youll need a new turbine housing as well... in addition to the rebuild.

Maybe it may make more sense financially to try a different turbo?
