Default Latest track video of the widebody 3.1l 16v turbo

Did the last track days of the season this weekend. 2 days at Gotland Ring on the island Gotland out in the Baltic Sea.

It's a very fun and technical track. Only got a handful of laps in the dry and didn't have time to re-adjust dampers and sway bars. I was still finding the limits but ran out of track time. Boost was low too since the clutch doesn't like more power, only about 0.75 bar.

A very promising lap time of 1:29.08. I only know of 4 cars that have logged quicker times than this. And to put this into perspective the unofficial track record on R-spec tires is 1:27.2 with a high powered, high downforce Super 7. I'm sure I will get close to that time with more power and more laps.

Very nice run and great potential!

I don't whether Markus have invited you or not, but you really should come to Audru track on 19.10.13, there is a Time Attack introductory event where very fast cars will come here (from Finland, Lithuanian fast Lap cars, Latvia and local guys).
Since you already went to the ferry with your car, you can as well just hop onto the other ferry and float here

Some examples:

I'm running a lightened S2 flywheel that have a 60-2 trigger. I have a Spec stage 4 clutch for it which is as aggressive as it gets for a the S2 diameter. And there's no 951 240 mm flywheel readily available with 60-2 either. So there is no quick solution to the problem.

I actually did remove the engine after the last event 3 weeks ago and had the pressure plate fixed so that I could make the last event this past weekend.

The long term solution that I will do during the winter is a custom flywheel with a small diameter multi plate race clutch.

I had to fit another muffler to pass the new noise levels and there is no room underneath the car

why not go with the 60-2 to the front? i know you have already thought of this. just want to hear your thoughts? i have dry sumps with this setup as well.

Gustaf, Kert machined a 60-2 trigger wheel onto 951 flywheel, this is quite easily doable. I also have a ruined 993 pressure plate with 240mm 60-2 trigger wheel, it is removable from there so this is even more easy on 951 flywheel.

I would be most likely interested in your Spec Stage 4 clutch if you are going to ditch it.
