So....my neighbor backed into my freshly painted car...yay! He is denying doing it and my paint shop says they cant paint-less to damage away.

I was able to pull behind him later in the day and take these photos...He's trying to say another SUV pulled into the spot and hit me. *******...

Anyway...anyone have a 951 nose panel they aren't using? I'm going to take this jack-*** to small claims.

Before you go to small claims court send him a formal letter sent registered mail stating that unless he pays $xxx.xx amount (whatever it costs you out of pocket) by y date, you will commence with small claims court where you will be going for the amount owed plus court costs and a little extra for having to take time out of your day to deal with his dumb ***. That will sometimes be enough for people to pay up.

He has insurance...I have his information. He just wont admit to doing it. I never park on the street...and actually got out to measure where his hitch was before I left the night before.

I will drag his *** to court...just on the principle of being a douche. Make him miss work...

Just call your insurance company and have them start a claim with his, did you see it or was he there when you parked and gone when you came back?
