Found this on the Aeroquip website to help with AN sizing:

http://aeroquipperformance.com/file/...ting+Sizes.pdf

Print it out and then lay your fitting on top of the print out.

Looks like -6 and -4 AN for my Lindsey Super 53.

Thanks much!
Hey Greg. The piece Pauly hooked me up with was one of the first prototypes he and Eric had made, so fittings are different to your unit, from my understanding.
My vitesse has a tube/stud water connector that has a 3/8 NPT thread. I could only find 2 connectors that were Female 3/8 NPT to AN, so went with -6AN as I already had a -6 AN 90 deg flare connector(and a -8 but couldn't find female 3/8 to -8AN) . The other was -10AN and so would have needed to order even more bits to get that working.

I went with 8mm barbs but not sure if they will fit factory hoses yet but figure if they dont, standard brass adaptors are easy to get and cheap, if I need to step hose size up to bigger size.

Anyway just waiting on the above peice and I am golden

Thanks Bruce, looking good!

My car is in storage but I'm going to go over today and try and take some measurements of the turbo cooling hoses. I'm leaning towards -8 AN for my fittings, I'll post up a pic when I get it sorted out.

Cheers

I am pretty sure I used -6AN on mine, but -8AN should be just fine. I think the water passage for the turbo is smaller than 1/2" therefore the restriction should be in the turbo and not the hose. The turbo water pump is a bit of a joke honestly. Very low pressure.
