Not really. For any track, you want as much caster as possible. The most you'll get on a 944 with stock mounting points is ~3.2 degrees which is not much but is as good as it gets without altering geometry.
Caster is essentially an imaginary angle based on camber change at the wheel with steering angle. The McPherson strut design of the 944 means that the outside wheel actually loses static camber angle while turning. Increased caster minimizes this effect, thus increasing grip and stability in turns.
Your camber and toe settings may vary by track, however.
