Congrats! What's your break-in plan? Car looks better than new in the summer sun!

Thanks Tom! No real break in plan except to run under 10 psi for a bit.

I kept mine to very low boost and under 4500 for 700 miles and it seemed to work out. On my new Porsche, the factory calls for 2k miles of break-in, which was a true test of restraint!

First track event this weekend with the new motor. No issues. Basically showed up with about 75 miles on the new motor. Motor definitely has less torque down low but still performed extremely well.

Shawn, your car and all the work and innovation you have done on it is a real inspiration to me. My 87 has newly refreshed and upgraded suspension, tial wastegate, and lindsey chips, and now that it's back on the road running and driving great, it is a seriously impressive car. I can't imagine what yours is like! But someday, I hope to build a hybrid 2.8 with appropriate turbo and engine management. But more than that, I want my car to look amazing like yours. Thanks again, and enjoy that fantastic machine!
