ARP head studs - where to buy?
Hi all,
I did some searching here and found many recommendations for EBS as a source for ARP head studs. I called them today, and they said that the 951 studs are on back order until the end of November at the earliest. I was planning to have my project complete and my car back on the road well before then. So... anyone know of another good seller that might have a set on the shelf? TIA! |
What is the part number you need? I have a set for. 996tt if they fit.

I appreciate the offer though, thanks! |
No problem. Check Racewear they may have

holy crap Raceware studs are more than double the price of ARP! Why?? Are they that much more awesome??
|
Yes. More clamping force and they won't stretch

Ultimately the studs are limited by the aluminum threads...

For a <400rwhp street car, I wouldn't worry about it.
