I'm having doubts it's the solenoid itself. as it regulates boost the way it should. just overboosting in low gears is my issue :s

I've ran the text function on the Eboost2 and it operates as it should.

Theoretically it makes sense. May be worth a try.

I wouldn't mind upgrading my wastegate anyway as i want to change it to Vband because the adapter plates have slight little leaks as it's been removed a few times, and it'll eliminate gaskets (which caused a boost creep as the bolt came out and gasket moved down and blocked the wastegates flow path)

It's something i can think about doing

Have you tried to reduce Gate Pressure until getting rid of the spike in 2nd gear?
Said differently, have you tried values for GP lower than 11 psi, and does it make a difference?

I understand his post. it makes sense, that's how i did mine, but it was in 3rd gear.

I'll do it and report back. Thanks for your help

I've looked into that too, they're actually fuel lines and they don't kink.

So i changed back to dual port. put the start boost (gate pressure) at 0 and it boosts like it would boost with a MBC.. im guessing because it's already regulating boost when it sees 0.1 psi and no overboost so far and it was raining which means moist cold air (where it over boosts the most).

So far so good.
