As you can see from this picture Porsche did not set the upper and lower sections of there wing into a joggle along the mating edge. They have the funds and tooling to just make the part a bit smaller were needed and join them seamlessly along the mating surface. They also put a hat section down the middle of the wing to keep it from flexing an collapsing. Hope this helps.

Along with the wing I am also going to rebuild this front nose section for a friend of mine. It interesting to see how Porsche makes there parts.
