Depends on what parts you use to do the conversion.
Street 996 vs 997GT3.
And that choice would need to be made once you get the suspension cross member fitted as it would allow you to use the cross member and specifically the A arm mounting point as a reference point. Based on that point, with the car at the required ride height, you can them tell which suspension uprights to use and thus the cost of the parts.

Good size hood duct. Bigger than you can get with a 951 motor. From memory they've reshaped that so that it has more of a sloping rear?

Holy Hell that looks fantastic Tony!! To be honest that looks even better than I thought it would with the body kit and extended arches. The stance is mean! Even like the matt silver-grey colour and the 968 ***. Are you running a diffuser? Does the splitter have any wheel diffusers?
