Wheel spacers - how many turns is not enough?
I've (temporarily?) fitted 7mm spacers on the rear of my 951 and count ~6.5 turns of the lug nut. Itsthat enough? I recall 7 turns be the recommend min that that could be a random number in my head.

Golden Gate Region PCA tech sheet for Auto X/Time/Trial/HPDE says "9 Turns min".
Will your wheels come off with 6? Maybe not, but I don't think I'd track the car to find out...

Since it is desirable to have at least 1 diameter of thread engagement the value of 9 turns makes sense.
You want the nut to have 14mm of thread engagement.
Since the pitch is 1.5 every turn = 1.5mm of thread engagement. So at 9 turns you have 9x1.5 = 13.5 thread engagement.
