I am very curious to see the dyno results from tonight.
Thanks for all your help Josh. FWIW I do have LSD with the AOR tranny. Bigger tires have moved to the top of the list.

Just to re-state my original goals for this build:

- 400 rwhp/400 ftlbs torque at 6200rpm
- Near k26/6 bottom end performance
- Total cost under $4200 for everything, including my "High Flow" head

Very happy with the dyno results. As always a few things to work out. All my goals were achieved and I could not be happier. Two runs are shown below first at about 15.5 psi of boost and the second at 18 psi.

Something a little stannge going on on the 18 psi run. Not sure what was up. Boost jumped around a bit also. I need an EBC. The numbers are not manipulated. The 400/400 run was my third full pull.

I think what really makes the car fun is the bottom end performance. Below is a comparison of some runs with my k26/6 and a 15 psi run tonight. I have better than k26/6 bottom end. The car could no doubt produce more power with a different turbo but I think this is a great compromise between top end and fun street performance. Very happy with it.

Thanks to all who helped me. Special thanks to Sid (Blown944) for this innovative design.

Nice! It has similar hp/tq curve to the 3L at a couple lbs less boost- me like!

that is awesome! i think you should get a larger compressor wheel. push the lag 300 rpm later and watch the torque hold longer

Video of one of the pulls. Note WG dump is very tame sounding. The LR WG muffler is a very nice product. Also, my car is running 2.5" exhaust with the WG dump and 2.5" Bursch Test Pipe.

Awesome results.

You can see that something is going on with the boost controller even on your 15 psi run. Once you get stable boost control it will be a much flatter torque curve. The engine will probably start to make even more power as it gets broken in more.

I'm also wondering if the inter cooler was warm on the last run?

Pretty darn good for an 8cm hot side!!

That's fantastic. I know what I'll be doing when my motor ultimately kicks the bucket.

I know you've answered this, but what turbo are you running?

That is so sweet. To beat a stock K26 down low is Bad ***. I think at around 3K rpms is where I started to beat the K26 with my GT30R. You're doing it right off idle. That's crazy. It must be very very fun to drive.
