951 Tach Watch

Can I get mine in corn flower blue?
WTF, guy asks if anyone would be interested... and everyone starts piling in with special requests??
At under $50, I might be tempted to pick up 10 or so, and see what happens... but jesus...
While I am on board for the embossed numbers, or classing it up a bit... realize we are 944 owners, and can only stand too much class before our PBR cans start showing!

As for "classing" it up a bit, the price will significantly go up for that. Mo' custom, mo' money.
As for a guesstimate how much, it would probably exceed $250-300 per watch.
Personally, I just like the simple version like this.

First off, sorry if I missed something. I kinda skimmed the thread.
LOVE WATCHES! A would love a 951 tach watch.
Here's what I think would make it really cool (if there were a choice)
1. Large watch face. 45mm+
2. Guards red chassis (since most 951s are this color and the most iconic color for the car)
3. Black leather/red stitching OR tire tread rubber band.
4. The more accurate the actual tach is to the 951 the better. (face colors etc)

Ultimately I think the watch is cooler without it anyway, sort of an insider thing.

I say "class it up" until the price reaches $95 and stop, then give metal, rubber, or leather band options to let the purchaser decide if they want basic, fancy, or unique and charge accordingly.

I'll take any variation of the ideas thrown around here (agree that a no-logo version is better). Class it up or down however you see fit - you're the brain, and I have no reason to question you As long as it's under $200, I'm in for one.
