Get a pressure gauge and measure 10-11 psig, that's the stock pressure setting. Never mind the number of threads showing, that's not a pressure measurement.

Would a boost enhancer be able to turn up the psi to 21 without the use of a boost controller?

I used to use an LBE, nothing wrong as long as you're careful with it from an air-fuel ratio perspective, From memory comes set for 10 psi I think and for that you're meant to be running chips. If you're not running chips and 3 bar fuel pressure regulator, my understanding is you need to turn down to no more than 5 psi. If you're serious, get some chips and a boost controller. If you're not phased run the LBE and set it to 5 psi max.

I am indeed running chips and a 3.0 bar fuel pressure regulator.

Previous owner said the boost enhancer was set to 21psi.

I'm going to install an Air/Fuel gauge to make sure I'm not running lean at high rpm, otherwise I'll have to have my chips re-tuned.

I just wanted to make sure that I didn't need both the Boost Enhancer and a Dual Port wastegate with a boost controller.

I don't want a know on my dash that I can accidentally turn up too high and cause problems for my motor.
